1. Whether the normal function of the heat shrinkable identification tube at 130 ℃ can continuously or cumulatively maintain a service life of more than 7400h?






A: Yes, the main reasons are as follows:






1. The rated temperature of halogen-free heat shrinkable pipe is 125 ℃, and the normal function can be continuously or cumulatively maintained for 20000 h. If the temperature rises by 10 ℃, the normal life of 135 ℃ is more than 10000 h;






2. The thermal shock condition of halogen-free heat shrinkable identification pipe is 225 ℃ × For 4h, if the temperature drops by 10 ℃, the normal life will be extended by about twice. When the temperature drops to 130 ℃, the normal life will be much more than 7400h.










2. Whether the normal function of the heat shrinkable identification tube under normal temperature (37 ℃) has a service life of 60 years?






A: Yes, it depends on the type of resin:






a. Melamine resin has been observed for more than 15 years;






b. EVA resin has been observed for more than 30 years;






c. PE resin should have a service life of more than 60 years;






d. The service life of high fluorine resin has been estimated to be more than 90 years in the laboratory aging test.






3. Can the color code firmness of the heat shrinkable identification tube be maintained for 10 years under normal temperature (37 ℃)?

4. Why are the product steps of identification tubes with the same specifications and not in the same volume different?






Answer: for products of the same specification, the step distance is the same according to the enterprise standard. However, in production, the step distance of the identification pipe produced by different operators is allowed to have tolerance, which does not affect typing.






5. Why do you skip the grid (skip a blank label) when printing the identification tube?






Answer: during printing, the step distance between labels is detected by the printer's photoreceptor. If the step distance between two labels deviates too much from the average value, the printer will correct the printer's memory parameters by skipping one label and print normally.






6. Why is the font position of 3.2 and 2.4 specifications easy to be up or down and irregular when printing the identification tube?






Answer: the inner diameter of the products with specifications 3.2 and 2.4 is small, and the hardness is not enough. During printing, when the pipe passes through the printer, it is easy to bend, resulting in false step distance and misleading machine identification.
